 Our martial arts curriculum is designed to give students all the tools they need for effective self defense and family protection; from single discution to assertiveness training to handling physical assaults. It focuses on self defense: Awareness, Boundaries, Combat. It was developed from Hawaiian Kenpo principles of street defense.
